No. 27717 Service Date: April 12, 2021 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATION BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF MONTANA IN THE MATTER OF the Petition of Jawbone Holdings LLC to Set Terms and Conditions for Qualifying Small Power Production Facility Pursuant to M.C.A. § 69-3-603 REGULATORY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2020.12.126 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On December 30, 2020, Jawbone Holdings LLC, filed a joint Petition to Set Terms and Conditions for Qualifying Small Power Production Facilities ("Petition") with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission"). The Petition concerns a proposed 80-Megawatt ("MW") nameplate capacity wind Qualifying Facility ("QF") Project located near Harlowton, in Wheatland County, Montana. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Commission will conduct a public hearing on Jawbone's Petition. The public hearing is scheduled to last three days, commencing on May 10, 2021, at 9:00 AM, in the Bollinger Room located in the Commission's offices at 1701 Prospect Avenue, Helena, Montana. The hearing will continue from day to day, as necessary, and may conclude early. Parties, witnesses, counsel, Commissioners, and staff may appear remotely via Zoom. The Commission's website (http://psc.mt.gov) will have a live stream of the hearing. If the Commission is unable to convene the hearing in person due to state or local health orders related to the COVID-19 pandemic, parties, witnesses, and counsel may be required to appear remotely via Zoom. The hearing is for the purpose of receiving evidence (testimony and exhibits) addressing the Petition. Testimony submitted at the hearing is subject to cross-examination. The Commission will provide opportunity for public comment at the beginning of each hearing day. Members of the public wishing to comment on the hearing must leave a telephone message at the Commission's toll-free number at 800-646-6150. A consumer assistance representative will return your call. You need to call the Commission's toll-free number by 4:30 p.m. on the business day before you intend to comment to ensure there is sufficient time for a consumer assistance representative to return your call.
