Kalispell Police Department received a report from a front desk clerk who alleged a highly intoxicated man was crawling around on the third floor and they weren’t certain he was a guest. When they determined he was, he was given his “last and final warning.”

In a different call, guests were reportedly running around the halls, arguing in the lobby and refusing to leave. Someone thought the argument was because the man thought the woman, who was described as “very twitchy,” was cheating on him. The man then tried to pull her into a room as she struggled. The man then called the front desk and talked nonsense. He also said, “Don’t think I’m crazy. Have a good night.” The duo planned to simmer down in their room.

The man and woman, however, started acting up again later. The woman was reportedly rolling around the hallway and wouldn’t go into the room. The person believed the duo were on drugs and wanted them removed from the property never to return.

The trash in question was a piece of material that blew into a tree, which he couldn’t reach. Deputies advised him that “wind blowing a piece of material into a tree does not qualify as littering.” He became upset and ended the conversation.
