Florence June (Parker) Huntley, 81

Florence June (Parker) Huntley died unexpectedly July 16, 2021 at the age of 81. Florence was born June 11, 1940 to Lloyd and Mabel Parker and grew up in the Lower Valley area of Kalispell. Florence married Bruce Huntley in 1958. They were married for 22 years and together had six children.

Florence worked at the Four Seasons Motor Inn as a cook for 25 year where she must have picked up the knack for making the most delicious dinner rolls one ever sunk their teeth into. Over the years, Florence’s hobbies included making and painting ceramics, quilting, play Bingo and working jig saw and crossword puzzles.

Florence is survived by her husband Ken Edwards, children and their spouses Kathy Huntley (Kalispell), Lonnie Huntley (California), Calvin Huntley (Kalispell), Tom Huntley (Kalispell), Doug & Shelly Huntley (Kalispell) and Dave Huntley (Florida); sister Geri Wagner (Washington), Jimmy Parker (Nevada), four grandchildren- Britney Mcilhargey , Kyle Howell, Brandon Huntley and Samantha Huntley; and six great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at the Conrad Memorial Cemetery on Friday, Aug. 13, 2021 at 11 a.m., with a potluck to be held following the service at 448 Flathead Drive.
