Whitefish man charged after woman found taped up and beaten

A Whitefish man is accused of restraining a woman with duct tape and beating her with a belt before she was able to escape to a neighboring house.

Dylan Thomas Baker, 47, is charged with felony kidnapping, strangulation of a partner or family member and assault with a weapon. His bail was set at $100,000 and he was later released from the county jail. His arraignment is set for Dec. 20 at 9:30 a.m.
