Law roundup: Bah humbug: Christmas curmudgeon gets lippy

A Scrooge driving a big Ford pickup wasn’t in the Christmas spirit while shopping in Kalispell. He cursed at a woman and nearly hit her with his door after he was asked not to park in the employee lot.

A caller reported that a woman driving a Subaru Tribeca allegedly drove through a ditch and ran over a snowman before coming to a stop at a gas station. Realizing that multiple people reported the incident, the woman left the scene. Law enforcement tried to pull her over, but she reportedly kept going until she pulled into a driveway near Conn Road. The driver was taken to the hospital for a blood draw.

A Christmas Eve brawl broke out at parking lot between a motel and pipe shop. The suspects had fled the scene by the time police arrived.
