Screenplay based on local author’s book receives new nomination

The screenplay based on local author Grace Larson’s book “Once in a Lifetime Comes a Man” was an official selection of the Chicago Indie Film Awards. The festival is mainly focused on indie cinema and its intention is to discover and promote independent film projects and artists from all over the world.
Written by Anne Gold, the screenplay recently won the Best Unproduced Script Award by the LA Independent Women Film Awards.
Other books by Larson include “An Immigrant, Homesteader, and Sheep,” “The Making of a Con,” “Grace,” “Fay” and the children’s book, “Bum Lambs.”
