A bald man wearing all black was sitting in a vehicle outside a bar and threatening to come back in, even though he had been cut off from being served three hours before.

A woman told the Columbia Falls Police Department she was being terrorized by people across the street at a “crack house” and the situation was worsening. She said people were driving by and yelling expletives at her and filming her.

Something was dragging underneath a plow and throwing sparks everywhere on Ninth Street.
