Stillwater boys trounce Troy

TROY — Josh Venman scored 18 points and the Stillwater Christian Cougars beat the Troy Trojans easily, 76- 29.

Venman sank four 3-pointers for the Cougars.

Luke Frampton added 16 points and was 2-for-2 at the free throw line. Ethan Jimenez scored four points and was 2-for-4 at the line.

For Troy, Jace Fisher led with 11 points.

EUREKA — The Mission Bulldogs toppled the Eureka Lions 71-57 in a 7B game Tuesday.

Zoran LaFromboise put in a 37-point performance to lead the Bulldogs to victory.

Eureka’s TJ Carr scored 21, and Danny Dunn added 12.

The Lions (0-2) kept things close, trailing by four points at the half, but faded in the fourth quarter, scoring just nine points.
