Woman finds proof of catnapping

| January 19, 2021 12:00 AM

A woman purportedly found proof that her cat was stolen a couple of months ago and had a suspect in mind.

Someone with twice the trouble of supervising angry twins called the Kalispell Police Department when the teens allegedly wouldn’t stop fighting and taunting each other for most of the day. The teens calmed down, aware law enforcement was called, but then dispatchers could hear them screaming at each other in the background. The origin of verbal disturbance was said to have started over video games.

A man saw a guy in a parked vehicle allegedly point a gun at another person in the vehicle “in a joking manner.”

A woman reportedly had someone call the police about her boyfriend who had drank a lot and was being verbally abusive to her and causing problems in a casino parking lot. The pair separated.

An employee needed to file a report with officers after a “homeless gentleman” reportedly broke a camera at a dog wash.

Someone suspected their sister’s friend keyed their mom’s vehicle and slashed two tires.

A dog was hanging around a bar by the dumpsters and seemed like it was waiting for someone, but no one claimed it. Eventually, the dog stood still long enough for someone to read a phone number on its collar and the dog was returned to its owner.
