Snooze in the tub leads to flooding

Kalispell Police Department responded to a call from a hotel employee who alleged a man with a “dumpy build” fell asleep in the tub and left it running, which flooded the downstairs room, and he refused to pay for the damages.

A woman had been told not to return to a location, yet was back in the lobby “creating a scene” after someone checked her in under an alias.

People were concerned that a man was stealing a truck when he approached hotel guests asking them for hangers and was seen prying the doors open and going through items inside. Turns out, he was a guest and was using a door hanger to get into his truck because there weren’t door handles to retrieve his belongings.

A parent alleged their 26-year-old child took their bank card and money.

A passerby saw a man and woman yelling in the corner of a parking lot and it appeared one of them was possibly intoxicated because they were throwing up.

Two women and a man were verbally fighting on Central Avenue. One of the women reportedly was causing the issue and the other woman and man were talking about “kicking that girl.”

A Colorado Avenue resident allegedly woke up to a blonde woman pounding on their window. The woman drove away in a white vehicle.

Someone called the Columbia Falls Police Department from Second Avenue about a vehicle window that reportedly was smashed out with a wrench.

Eight or nine people were fighting in a parking lot on Nucleus Avenue.

A woman on Columbia Drive reportedly received a credit card with a letter about receiving stimulus money and thought it was fraudulent.

A woman wanted everyone trespassing at a Third Avenue residence removed after being told there were people there besides a relative, who had been arrested at the location.

A man wearing baggy pants was allegedly being disorderly and jumping into traffic on Ninth Street.

Officers issued a citation to someone for using a cellphone and having an expired driver’s license.
