Law roundup: Man doesn’t want to play by the HOA rules

Someone calling from Vista Lane in Bigfork told Flathead County Sheriff’s Office they were with the homeowners association (HOA) and confronted a tenant about the rules of when construction can take place and he yelled profanities at them. Deputies advised the caller they could not force the tenant to stop but would warn him about becoming disorderly. He reportedly packed up his tools and apologized for making noise.

A Prairie View Road resident wanted information logged that his neighbors allegedly saw a drone flying over his property and following his truck up the driveway.
