Tom Fredenberg

Tom Fredenberg passed away suddenly on June 27 after being attacked by a swarm of yellow jackets.

He was born Oct. 19, 1956, in Whitefish and into the loving arms of Les and JoAnn Fredenberg.

He grew up in Whitefish loving the life of skiing, waterskiing and motorcycle riding.

He attended school in Whitefish and Billings automotive school. He found good jobs in Spokane, Washington, and settled there.

He later moved to Newport, Washington. There he met his future wife, Rene Bailey in 2016. Together they built a home on a mountain near Diamond Lake, Washington.

Tom continued to ski throughout his life. He also enjoyed snowmobiles, but his real love was fishing the mountain lakes and streams.

He will be missed by many and remembered by everyone he met.

He is survived by his wife, Rene; his mother, JoAnn Fredenberg; brother-in-law, Bryan Goulet and nieces and nephews, Kayla Goulet, Josh Goulet, Tyler Goulet, Caleb Neff and Keenan Dinelli.
