Lorri Schraeder Miller, 81

Esther Lorraine “Lorri” Schraeder Miller passed away on June 30, 2021, in the care of family and Frontier Hospice with complications from Alzheimer's and a pancreatic tumor.

She was born on Nov. 17, 1939, in Byron Township, Minnesota, to Carroll and Marie Erickson..

In 1955 Lorri married Francis Smith. They had three children, Bill, Judy and Roger. After their marriage ended, Lorri married Fredrick “Bud” Schraeder in 1964. Bud had four children, Vicki, Dan, Doug and Agnes.

Since 1965, Lorri has called Ferndale, Montana, her home. There she raised seven kids and was blessed with many friends. Through the years, Lorri enjoyed time with grandkids, walking, biking and quilting. In the 1990s, Bud and Lorri became snowbirds in Yuma, Arizona. Bud passed away in 2003. In 2006 Lorri was blessed to marry her sweetheart, Bill Miller.

Lorri was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Carol Jean, daughter Agnes, and her son Bill.

She is survived by her husband Bill Miller, daughter Vicki (Ken) Bauska, son Dan (Sue) Schraeder, son Doug (Lynda) Schraeder Waltz, daughter Judy (Mike) Andriolo, son Roger (Debbie) Smith and many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Swan Chapel in Swan Lake Tuesday, July 20, at 2 p.m., followed by finger food fellowship.
