Troy man dies in motorcycle crash

A 68-year-old Troy man died in a motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon near Rexford.

According to Montana Highway Patrol, the man was driving a 1989 Harley Davidson motorcycle east on Montana 37 near milemarker 62.8 when he lost control while negotiating a curve.

The vehicle left the right side of the road and overturned after hitting a ditch. The man suffered fatal injuries.

He was not wearing a helmet. Road conditions were described as dry. Neither drugs, alcohol nor speed were considered factors in the crash.

Montana Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash.
