Kalispell launches GIS hub for city maps, documents
The city of Kalispell on Wednesday launched its new Geographical Information System Hub, a website that houses all of the city's maps and applications in one place.
The site brings together all the GIS maps that were previously available on separate pages of the city website, including information on city utilities and record drawings, development services, crime statistics, and service areas for solid waste disposal, snow removal and leaf collection.
Links at the bottom of the page to drone imagery from recent projects, including the Kalispell Parkline Trail and the Northwest Regional Stormwater Project, and another link enables users to submit public record requests for GIS data.
The site — publicgis-cityofkalispell.hub.arcgis.com — can be found by visiting the city's website, then navigating to "Services" and then "City GIS Maps and Apps."
