Law roundup: Woman freaks out, but agrees to pay for room

Someone reportedly had a “lady in a room” who “freaked out about having to pay.” They explained that by “freaked out,” the woman yelled at her, tried to kiss her, promising to pay tomorrow, and then started yelling again. The woman and the man she was staying with left by the time Kalispell Police Department arrived.

Two men, one of whom had a Bowie knife, were yelling at each other near a bus stop by the hospital.

A woman allegedly called 911 to report her ex-boyfriend, who she was living with, got mad and yelled at her for not doing dishes, then messaged her mom and was yelling in the streets. She said a roommate tried to calm him down. She agreed to stay at her current boyfriend’s house.

A man in a vehicle parked behind a location, who reportedly had been coming and going all day, was moved along.

A man trespassing at a convention center was moved along.

A mother was counseled for spanking her 6-year-old.

Store employees were suspicious a customer possibly stole merchandise and took his cart. When they tried to question him he fled the store.

A woman’s ex allegedly kept circling her house during the night and looking at kids in the front yard. She said she was attempting to get a temporary restraining order and wanted advice on what she could do to protect herself. She was provided a packet on obtaining a restraining order and advised to call 911 if he showed up again.
