Beverley (Wilcox) Glieden, born Dec. 4, 1938, in Liberal, Kansas, passed away May 18, 2021, at the age of 82 at her ranch in Kalispell, surrounded by her family. She has gone up to heaven to be with her beloved husband Lloyd James Glieden, aka “Poppo,” the love of her life of 60 years, her son Lance who passed away at age 6, and her grandson Griffin who passed away at 6 days old.

Beverley leaves behinds four living children, their spouses, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; Eric (Cyndy) Glieden and their children Justin and Ashley and Ashley’s son Preston, Kristen Broughton, her children Gabriel and Alexandra, Heather (Ronald) Sloan, their children Isabella, Abigail and Luke, and Shannon Glieden and her daughter Olivia Shelton.

Beverley resided in Oakley, California, where she was a real estate broker for over 50 years, then moved to Kalispell, Montana, in 2015 to reunite with her children and retire. Beverley spent her time between her ranch in Kalispell and her house on Flathead Lake. She enjoyed mountain alpenglow views and watching the waterfowl on the lake. She lived with her daughter Shannon after her beloved husband passed away in 2019. She loved her family with all of her heart. Beverley was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother … admired and adored by many … and a respected pioneer in the real estate industry; she was often referred to as “The Boss Lady.” Our hearts are heavy and broken. Mama, we will all see you and Poppo again in heaven! “Goodnight Sweetheart, until we meet tomorrow. Rest in peace and rise in glory!”

Funeral services will be held at Bigfork Community Cemetery, Bigfork, today, May 21, at 4 p.m.
