Judith Claire Wilke Saurman, 79

Judith Claire Wilke Saurman, 79, passed away on May 23, 2021, from natural causes.

Born on June 18, 1941, to Carl and Dora Wilke in Conrad, Montana, Judy was the eldest of six children. She attended grade school at Lone Tree School, by Valier, and in 1952 moved to the Columbia Falls area with her family. She attended grade school at Deer Park and graduated from Flathead County High School.

She lived in Jerome, Idaho, where she raised two sons, John and Sam, before settling in Kalispell to finish her working and retirement years.

She leaves behind three sisters and two brothers, Marilyn Fox of Jacksonville, Florida, Joanne McQueen of Kalispell, Dona (Hiro) Kobayashi, of Kamloops, British Columbia, Leonard (Karen) Wilke of Valier, and Larry (Jennifer) Wilke of Medicine Lake, Montana; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, especially Rosie and Butch Brester of Kalispell.

Judy joins her parents Dora and Carl Wilke, brother-in-law Don McQueen, aunts and uncles, grandparents, a great-niece Valicity Faith, and great-nephew Mikey Wilke in heaven. She will be missed by her family and friends.

The family would like to acknowledge the great care Judy received while residing at the Renaissance Senior Care home since 2018. Her family will hold a private graveside service, which will be under the care and direction of Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home.
