Law roundup: Where the rubber meets the road

A man was spotted stealing a neighbor’s tires by someone who yelled at him. He reportedly dropped the tires and put the white sneakers and blue windbreaker he was wearing to good use and took off running.

A man who was home alone cut into his fingers with a power saw and called the Kalispell Police Department for help but disconnected after saying he needed to put something on the wounds.

A woman sitting in an SUV was reportedly seen lighting something that did not appear to be a cigarette and then “coughed up a lung,” according to someone concerned she would drive under the influence.
