America, LLC d/b/a Republic Services of MT REGULATORY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2021.11.128 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PROTEST DEADLINE On November 12, 2021, Peter P. & Rebecca Delguidice B&P Services (B&P Services) filed with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") its Application for Transfer of Intrastate Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("Application"). B&P Services proposes to transfer its authority under PSC No. 3568 to Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC d/b/a Republic Services of Montana. A copy of the Notice of Application and Protest Deadline is publicly available at the following locations: the Commission's business office, 1701 Prospect Avenue, Helena, Montana; online at the Commission's website (http://psc.mt.gov) under Docket No. 2021.11.128; and at the office of Montana Consumer Counsel ("MCC"), which represents consumer interests before the Commission, 111 North Last Chance Gulch, Suite 1B, Helena, Montana, (406) 444-2771. Interested parties can register on the Commission's website to be added to the Watch List for notice of filings in this docket (select "EDDI", create ePass account, and, under "Watch List" tab, enter Docket No. 2021.11.128). The Commission invites formal protests to B&P's Application. A party must file a Protest with the Commission no later than December 13, 2021. Protest Applications are available at the Commission's website under the "Regulated Utilities" tab and then the "Transportation" tab. A party seeking to protest must: (1) submit an electronic protest application at the Commission's website at http://psc.mt.gov ("EDDI, Customer Portal & E-Filing" icon); (2) mail a hard copy of the protest application to the MCC at the address stated above; and (3) physically deliver or mail a hard copy of the protest application to B&P Services, P.O. If no written protests are received by December 13, 2021, the Commission may issue a final order on the Application without a public hearing, pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. ยง 69-12-321.
