America, LLC d/b/a Republic Services of MT REGULATORY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2021.11.128 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PROTEST DEADLINE On November 12, 2021, Peter P. & Rebecca Delguidice B&P Services (B&P Services) filed with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") its Application for Transfer of Intrastate Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("Application"). B&P Services proposes to transfer its authority under PSC No. 3568 to Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC d/b/a Republic Services of Montana. The Commission invites formal protests to B&P's Application. A party must file a Protest with the Commission no later than December 13, 2021.
