America, LLC d/b/a Republic Services of MT REGULATORY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2021.11.128 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PROTEST DEADLINE On November 12, 2021, Peter P. & Rebecca Delguidice B&P Services (B&P Services) filed with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") its Application for Transfer of Intrastate Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("Application"). B&P Services proposes to transfer its authority under PSC No. 3568 to Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC d/b/a Republic Services of Montana. A copy of the Notice of Application and Protest Deadline is publicly available at the following locations: the Commission's business office, 1701 Prospect Avenue, Helena, Montana; online at the Commission's website (http://psc.mt.gov) under Docket No. 2021.11.128; and at the office of Montana Consumer Counsel ("MCC"), which represents consumer interests before the Commission, 111 North Last Chance Gulch, Suite 1B, Helena, Montana, (406) 444-2771.
