No. 28193 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATION BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF MONTANA IN THE MATTER OF the Application AP Kookoosint, LLC and AP Kookoosint Village, LLC for Proposed Standard Rate Tariff for Monthly Water Services for Kookoosint Village Subdivision REGULATORY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2018.10.070 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND INTERVENTION DEADLINE On October 2, 2021, AP Kookoosint, LLC ("APK") filed its three-year compliance filing ("Application") with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission"). Pursuant to Mont. Admin. R. 38.5.2527(6), the commission will determine whether a simplified regulatory treatment option application satisfies the minimum filing requirements no later than 30 days after it is received by the commission. If the commission determines that the rate application satisfies the minimum filing requirements, it will notice the public for comment or protest. APK's application satisfies the minimum filing requirements. A copy of the filing is publicly available online at the Commission's website (http://psc.mt.gov) under Docket No. 2018.10.070. A copy of the filing may also be available at the office of Montana Consumer Counsel ("MCC"), which represents consumer interests before the Commission, 111 North Last Chance Gulch, Suite 1B, Helena, MT 59601, (406) 444-2771. Interested parties can register on the Commission's website to be added to the Watch List for notice of filings in this docket (select "EDDI", create ePass account, and, under "Watch List" tab, enter Docket No. 2018.10.070). The Commission invites any interested party affected by APK's filing to intervene in this docket. To intervene, a party must file a petition to intervene with the Commission no later than December 20, 2021.
