The Court has scheduled a hearing for the determination of your parental rights starting at 8:30 A.M. on December 2, 2021. Pursuant to Montana Code Annotated Section 42-2-605(2), your failure to appear at the hearing will constitute a waiver of your interest in custody of the child and will result in the Court's termination of your parental rights.
