Blacktail ski area to re-open Saturday
Blacktail Mountain will spin its chair lifts for another weekend, the ski area announced Tuesday.
The ski slopes above Lakeside will be open Saturday April 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with limited services. Blacktail on Tuesday reported a 40-inch base at the summit, with 1 inch of new snow. Additional new snowfall is expected Thursday.
Blacktail Mountain season passes are valid. Lift tickets, $50 for a full-day, will also be available to purchase at the ticket office or online. Passholders from other Montana ski areas receive half off the full-day rate.
People who purchase a lift ticket online will be entered into a drawing for a free 2022-23 season pass.
Operations and available services will be announced throughout the week.
