Thomas 'Tom' Edward Rogers, 82

Thomas “Tom” Edward Rogers, 82, of Bigfork, passed away on July 28, 2022, at his home.

Tom was born on April 11, 1940, to Orville and Esther (Clark) Rogers in St. Ignatius. He graduated from Charlo High School and was in the National Guard at Fort. Ord, California. Tom met and married Beverly Grogan and they celebrated 58 years together. He worked as a logger with Royal Logging and was a co-owner and hunting guide with Rogers Guest Ranch in Swan Lake, as well as a logger with Schlegel and Sons.

His hobbies included ranching, Quarter Horse racing and fishing in Alaska.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Kathy and Dan.

He is survived by his wife Beverly Rogers, children Cindy (Tom) Countryman and Jason (Dawn) Rogers, brothers Ken, Bob and Joe, and grandson Carter.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m on Friday, Aug. 5, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home with urn burial to follow at Glacier Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to go to the Abbie Shelter, P.O. Box 1401, Kalispell, MT 59901.
