Gospel Quartet performs at Canvas Church in Kalispell

Flathead Valley Gospel Music Association presents the Fabulous Blackwood Quartet from Knoxville, Tennessee, at 7 p.m. Aug. 5 at Canvas Church, 225 Summit Ridge Road, Kalispell. Admission is free and all are welcome.

Ninepipes Museum hosts First Saturday

Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana in Charlo hosts First Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 6. The museum will feature Frank Finley, an artisan and owner of 32 Pair of Scissors Studio located in Pablo; and Shannon S. DePoe, an artist with her own whimsical style of bright, bold and vivid colors. Tracy Rider will also be making fry bread and Indian tacos.

The museum and gift shop are open Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule a group tour of 20 or more, call 406-644-3435 to reserve a date.
