Riverfront Blues Fest heats up Libby’s summer

The 13th annual Riverfront Blues Festival kicks off Friday Aug. 12, and comes to a smashing close after midnight Saturday Aug. 13, with the All Star Jam at Riverfront Park along the Kootenai River in Libby.

Enjoy two fun-filled days of blues, brews and barbecues.

Schedule of performers:

Friday, Aug. 12

6 to 8 p.m.: Blue Shadows

8 to 10 p.m.: Anni Piper

10 p.m. to midnight: Tas Cru Band

Saturday, Aug. 13

1 to 3 p.m.: Daniel Kosel & Madrona Road

3 to 5 p.m.: Dirty Red & the Soul Shakers

5 to 7 p.m.: Jay Snow & the Tonekeepers

7 to 9 p.m.: Ben Rice

9 to 11 p.m.: Duffy Bishop

11 p.m. to 1: am: All-Star Jam

The Riverfront Blues Festival is a nonprofit event run by the Libby Revitalization Project with the purpose of helping out the Libby economy by showcasing the beauty and culture of Libby.
