No. 28787 NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION BIGFORK ZONING DISTRICT The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 76-2-205(5), M.C.A., that it passed a resolution of intention (Resolution No. 956EN) on July 26, 2022, to change the zoning designation in the Bigfork Zoning District from SAG-5 (Suburban Agricultural) to R-1 (Suburban Residential). The boundaries of the areas proposed to be amended from SAG-5 (Suburban Agricultural) to R-1 (Suburban Residential) are described as: A tract of land in the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 24, Township 27 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the section line 40 rods south of the NE corner of said NE1/4SE1/4; thence South along the section line 20 rods; thence West and parallel with the north boundary line of said NE1/4SE1/4 80 rods to the west boundary line thereof; thence North along the west boundary line a distance of 20 rods; thence East and parallel to the North boundary line of said NE1/4SE1/4 a distance of 80 rods to the East boundary line; the place of beginning.
