Rod Moore, 69

Rod Moore, 69, passed away July 29, 2022, at his home in Lincoln City, Oregon, after a battle with cancer.

Rod was born to Glen and Ila Moore on Jan. 20, 1953. He was raised in Kalispell and graduated from Flathead High in 1971. Active in sports, he played football and basketball for the Brave’s state championship teams. He played football for the Carroll College Saints and went on to coach high school sports at various Montana schools before relocating to the Portland area. He was an avid golfer.

He is survived by his wife Kari, and three children, Michelle, Erik and Craig, by his former wife Elizabeth; 10 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; father Glen, brother Rick, and sisters Kathy and Kris.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
