No. 28803 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 1. Property. This Notice concerns the following described real property (the "Property") located in Flathead County, Montana: 2. Trust Indenture. The Grantor named below executed and delivered to the Beneficiary named below a Deed of Trust (hereinafter the "Trust Indenture"), which is a trust indenture under the Small Tract Financing Act of Montana, ยงยง 71-1-301, et seq., M.C.A., covering the Property. Default. The Promissory Note and Trust Indenture are currently in default. The amount owing under the Promissory Note and Trust Indenture as of May 17, 2022 is as follows: Principal $27,395.34 Interest $ 4,882.33 Late Charges $12,001.53 Advances and other charges $ 2,223.80 Interest accrues on the principal balance at the daily rate of approximately $6.00445. Late charges are assessed at the greater of 15.00% of the regularly scheduled payment or $15.00 for each payment that is ten (10) days or more late. The total balance due on the obligation secured by the Trust Indenture is the sum of the above items, including interest and late charges to the date of payment, plus costs and expenses actually incurred by the Beneficiary, funds advanced by the Beneficiary to preserve or protect its collateral in accordance with the Trust Indenture, and reasonable trustee's and attorney's fees. 7. Acceleration. Notice is hereby given that the Beneficiary under the Trust Indenture and the undersigned Trustee have elected and do hereby elect to consider all principal and interest to be immediately due and payable in consequence of the defaults under the Promissory Note and Trust Indenture. 8. Notice of Sale. Notice is hereby given that the Beneficiary under the Trust Indenture and the undersigned Trustee hereby elect to sell or cause to be sold the Property described above to satisfy the obligation secured by the Trust Indenture. No. 28805 Public Notice Notice of Application for a Montana Air Quality Permit (MAQP), pursuant to Sections 75-2-211 and 75-2-215, MCA, and the Air Quality Rules). Flathead Electric Cooperative has filed on or about July 28, 2022 an application for a MAQP or a modification to an existing MAQP from the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. Applicant(s) seeks approval of its application for: Installation of one additional CAT 3520C landfill gas-powered engine and generator set for the purpose of expanding electrical power generation from landfill gas (LFG) at the Flathead Electric Cooperative LFG to energy Facility located at the Flathead County Landfill. This additional engine is to be added to the existing facility operating under Montana Air Quality Permit No. 4245-01. This engine will allow the facility to double its power production capacity and divert LFG from otherwise being flared. Project includes modification of operating permit, engineering, construction, and installation of one CAT 3520C genset to be added to the existing power generation facility which currently operates one CAT 3520C genset and one PEI enclosed flare. The additional engine will be added to an existing building built upon a leased parcel of land within the property boundary of the Flathead County Landfill. The current air permit will be modified to allow for additional emissions from operating the second genset. Both gensets operate by using LFG as fuel, of which that would otherwise need to be flared, to produce electrical power for local consumers. The legal description of the site is: Section T29N , Township R22V, Range S1 in Flathead County, Montana. Within 40 days of the receipt of a completed application, the Department will make a preliminary determination whether the permit should be issued, issued with conditions, or denied.
