A fence reportedly became a victim to the Kool-Aid Man TikTok challenge sometime during the night. The fence appeared to have blood on it, according to someone reporting the incident to the Kalispell Police Department. The challenge instigates hooligans to run through the fences mimicking old Kool-Aid commercials.

Later on, a woman reportedly discovered someone had shot yellow paintballs at her fence. The fence sustained enough damage that three panels needed to be replaced. In the previous week she said someone had kicked tiles out of her yard.

Officers made contact with a woman who was heard screaming and yelling in a gazebo. The woman, who may have been having mental health issues, told officers she would be calm and quiet and said she enjoyed talking with them.

A man merrily drove through a parking lot until he heard a “thunk.” He didn’t think much about the sound but decided to pull over and see what could be found. He was dismayed to see the entire side of the vehicle covered in brown paint. It appeared as if the vehicle ran over a can of spray paint, however, no parts of a can were found.

A man drove his truck up to a mail carrier to yell obscenities about not delivering a package.

A woman reportedly called 911 when her husband turned off the power and became upset after she confronted him about finding messages flirting with other people online in addition to sharing their child’s YouTube account information, which made her uncomfortable.

A black pickup pulling a trailer with no license plates was spotted driving the wrong way on a one-way road.

A woman arrived at work and found a transient loitering on the steps where she also found two used syringes. Officers collected the syringes for disposal and provided extra patrol.

An old red Ford with expired plates was parked at a location for about three weeks.

A man illegally parked his gray Dodge truck in a handicapped designated spot. Officers contacted one of the registered owners who said her husband had parked there and was not handicapped. She was issued a parking citation.

Hospital security found a dog in distress locked in a black Hyundai Tucson without water and food. While the windows were open officers checked the temperature of the vehicle to be unsuitable for humans and animals to be in and opened the door to check for signs of heat trauma. The dog was given water and appeared to be thirsty, but not so much as to be life-threatening. Officers advised the registered owner of the vehicle to be more careful with her dog.

A neighbor reportedly pointed a gun at a woman’s dog when it charged at him on his property. An officer approached her residence and the dog in question was uncontained and ran at the officer barking two times. She was counseled about keeping the dog contained and that its behavior could easily be interpreted as threatening.

Officers checked on the welfare of children between ages 8 and 10 who were sitting in the back of a car unattended and drifting in and out of sleep. The children did not show obvious signs of heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
