Moore gets 15, Bravettes open with win

GREAT FALLS — Kennedy Moore scored 15 points, Akilah Kubi added nine and the Flathead Bravettes opened their basketball season with a 47-37 win at Great Falls CMR Friday.

Avery Chouinard hit two second-quarter 3-pointers and added eight points for Flathead, which surged in front 15-5 and kept the Lady Rustlers at bay the rest of the way.

The Bravettes play at Great Falls High Saturday, at 2 p.m.
