| February 2, 2022 12:00 AM

Beloved brother Douglas Allen Furrow, 70, passed away at Logan Health Medical Center on Jan. 27, 2022, following a sudden illness.

Doug was born on Jan. 22, 1952, in Pasadena, California, to Allen and Dorothy (Bordeaux) Furrow. He attended St. Raphael’s Grade School in Glasgow, Montana, and Little Flower Parish School in Billings. He graduated from Billings Central Catholic High School in 1970, where he was on the wrestling team. His most memorable employment was building geodesic domes. Disabled in his 20s, Doug lived quietly with his parents in their later years, where he was a tremendous support to them. He was a caring sibling and uncle to his nieces and nephews. Doug enjoyed sci-fi novels and movies, puzzles, games and dinners with his extended family.

His parents, Allen and Dorothy, and brother-in-law, Albert Bjornrud, preceded him in death, whose losses affected him greatly.

He is survived by siblings, Rebecca Furrow Casey (Timothy) of Casper, Wyoming, Kenneth Furrow of Missoula, and Teri Furrow Bjornrud (Albert-d) of Kalispell. He is also survived by nephews, Brandon (Andrea) and Dane Bjornrud (Ashley), and nieces Caitlin, Alissa and Brianna Casey, Amanda Bjornrud White (Dustin), great-nephew, Dawson Bjornrud, and great-nieces, Teagan White and Amber Bjornrud.

The family would like to thank the paramedics and Logan Health for their care.

A private family memorial will be held.
