Bengals rally past Glacier girls for win

HELENA — Alex Bullock scored 16 points, helping Helena High absorb a nine-point deficit and beat Glacier’s girls 47-40 in a Western AA basketball game Friday.

Glacier raced out to a 14-5 lead after one period, but the Bengals — with Bullock scoring 14 points from then on, and Avery Kraft added 11 of her 13 — whittled away the deficit.

Sidney Gulick scored 13 points and Bethany Sorensen added 11 for the Pack. Sorensen had three 3-pointers.
