Karen Lee Wallace Jeffers died of kidney cancer Nov. 5, 2021, in Reno, Nevada.

She was born Oct. 9, 1961, in Kalispell to Robert and Audrey Wallace. Karen graduated from Flathead High School in 1979 and spent a year in Panama as an exchange student. She married Kevin Jeffers in 2001 and they had two sons, Robert O’Neil, born 2002, and Ryan James, born 2003.

Karen was kind-hearted, generous, and always helping others. She was a great cook and enjoyed gardening. She loved God and is now with him in heaven. She was devoted to her family and will always be dearly loved by us. We will miss her strength, encouragement, and beautiful smile more than words can express.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her two sons Robert and Ryan and her ex-husband/caregiver Kevin of Reno, her sister Lynn Wallace of Kalispell, and many cousins in the U.S. and Northern Ireland.

Cremation took place in Reno.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a small donation to her sons’ college fund via the Jeffers family trust at Bryce Rader.
