Carolyn had a love for the outdoors and shared this love with her family and friends. She was an avid hiker, snowshoer, water-skier, snow-skier, and much more.

Carolyn was a member of St. Matthew's parish. She was a devout Catholic and gave back to the church often and selflessly. Carolyn ensured that both her children and grandchildren were raised to praise and love Jesus.

Carolyn was the rock and foundation of the family and she will be deeply and forever missed.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, David Michnal, of Kalispell; three sons, Kevin (Lisa), Brien, and Jerrod; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Verneal and Robin; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
