Julia A. Soule, 76

| January 13, 2022 12:00 AM

Julia A. Soule, 76, passed away the afternoon of Jan. 4, 2022. She has joined her husband Frank, her son Robert, and other loved ones who have also passed.

She is survived by friends and family, all who were incredibly blessed to have had her in their lives. Julie will be remembered for being straightforward, giving, thoughtful, honest, stubborn, and loving. She was very open with her affections, and never hesitated to share her love.

Julie was part of the Ferndale/Bigfork community for more than 40 years, working in various restaurants, being a member of the Ferndale Sewing Circle for many many years, selling and collecting art, and participating in art and western shows locally and around the country with her husband Frank.

Julie was known as a lot of things — an artist, a baker, a card maker; a mother, a sister, an aunt, a friend. She was also known as a spitfire, a fighter, a giver, and just a little bit ornery (in the best ways).

There will be a celebration of life at 1 p.m. Jan. 18 at the Bethany Lutheran Church, Hwy. 35, Bigfork, MT 59911. We ask that everyone who knew her take this time to remember all of the wonderful moments that Julie brought into our lives fondly, and smile while thinking of her.
