Webinar addresses tax changes

Chamber seeks Cloverfest sponsors

The Columbia Falls Chamber of Commerce is accepting sponsors for its new Cloverfest event, scheduled for Saturday, March 12. Cloverfest will include a 5K race, a fun run, a kids carnival, live music, a beer garden and food trucks. Sponsorship opportunities are available until Feb. 4.

Register for Columbia Falls job fair

Registration is open for the Columbia Falls Job Fair until Feb. 11. The fifth annual Columbia Falls Job Fair will take place on Feb. 15. Student job fair and career exploration will take place from 1 to 3:15 p.m., and the fair will be open to the public from 3:45-6 p.m. The job fair will be held at Columbia Falls High School, 610 13th Street West. Federal Reserve Bank seeks business input

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is tracking the economic recovery among businesses across the Ninth District, a region that includes Minnesota, the Dakotas, Montana, parts of Wisconsin, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.  The bank is partnering with state and local chambers of commerce, economic development associations, and other business groups in each state to collect feedback through a 5-minute survey.

“With other business voices from across the Ninth District, your input will help the Federal Reserve System shape monetary policy to help businesses thrive,” the organization states.

Annual meeting outlines 2022 initiatives

The Kalispell Tourism Business Improvement District Board will host its annual meeting with Discover Kalispell on Jan. 26 at The Hampton Inn. The program will run from 4 to 5 p.m. and the reception is 5 to 6 p.m. The event will go over the 2022 initiatives for Discover Kalispell and the Tourism Business Improvement District.
