No. 28307 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-21-18 - A request by Matt & Rowena Curtis, with technical assistance from 406 Docks LLC and APEC Engineering, Inc., to allow for the placement of a dock, gangway, concrete landing pad, and stairway within an area mapped as Zone AE within the 100-year floodplain of the Swan River. The project would occur on property located at 360 Ferndale Drive in Bigfork, MT, and further described as Tract 1 of Certificate of Survey No. 21795 in Section 33, Township 27 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
