Dean Miller hit two homers and Glacier defeated Billings 3-2 in comeback fashion at Flathead Field on Tuesday.

It was the second victory in a row for the Range Riders over the Mustangs.

Austin Steinfort (2-1) picked up the win for Glacier by pitching an inning of scoreless relief and Justin Coleman struck out three in the ninth inning to pick up the save.

Billings held a 2-0 lead heading into the bottom of the sixth inning when Miller went to work hitting a two-run game-tying homer to right field driving in Brady Wofford who reached base on a walk.

Miller wasn’t done. In the bottom of the eighth with two outs he stepped to the plate and hit a solo shot to center field giving Glacier a 3-2 lead. Miller finished with three hits, three runs batted in, two homers, and a stolen base.

Brandt Broussard, Ryan Cash, Brenton Davis, and Sam Linscott all contributed with one single each.

Bryce Jackson drove in a run for Billings and Jackson Raper scored on a wild pitch.

Game 4 of the seven-game series is tonight at Flathead Field with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m. The series wraps up Sunday with a 3:05 p.m. game that marks the end of the first half of the Range Riders’ inaugural season.
