| June 12, 2022 12:00 AM

Virginia “Ginni” Lee Nye Wilber, 83, was born Aug. 19, 1938, in Lyndhurst, Ohio. Virginia’s family moved to Chagrin Falls, Ohio in 1951. Upon graduating in 1956 she pursued nursing and then married her high school sweetheart Ronald Wilber. They wed Aug. 17, 1958. This is when their life adventure began. Together they built their first home. She worked at the local elementary and raised her two children. Virginia and Ronald remained in Chagrin Falls until 1974. At that time they packed up their son David, daughter Kathleen and the family cat and relocated to Kila where they built another home. It was during this time she fished as often as she could and volunteered at Kalispell Regional Hospital. After their children were grown, they were on the move again. This time to Gypsum, Colorado, and built yet another house. While in Colorado, she discovered a love for creating art through stained glass and pottery. Their adventure continued in 1998 with a move to Centerfield, Utah. In 2001, they moved back to the Flathead Valley to spend time with their granddaughters, Ellie and Olivia, and to enjoy their retirement.

Virginia loved spending time with her family, many friends and watching wildlife from her back porch. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and bridge all throughout her life. After twelve years without Ronnie, Virginia passed away June 6, 2022, and is now reunited with him. We will miss her zest for life as she was happy on the go.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the care of Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home.
