BOZEMAN – INDUSTRY Bozeman, a multi-tenant modern office space broke ground Friday morning on an 87,000-square-foot building to be located on the Montana State University Innovation Campus.

INDUSTRY provides customizable workspaces for long-term tenants that include shared amenities. INDUSTRY Bozeman will feature 61,000 square feet of fully customizable workspace and 26,000 square feet of common spaces, such as conference and huddle rooms, kitchens, event space and more. INDUSTRY Bozeman will be the company’s fourth space, with locations already open in Denver, Salt Lake City and, soon, Detroit.

The 42-acre Innovation Campus is located between College and Garfield streets west of South 19th Avenue. It is being developed by Charter Realty and Development in partnership with the MSU Alumni Foundation and its subsidiary, MSU Innovation Campus.

The MSU Innovation Campus aims to create opportunities for companies to collaborate with MSU research, faculty and students, while helping those companies grow and raising Montana’s profile as national leader in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Once complete, the campus will be home to more than a half-million square feet of technology, office and bio-tech facilities. INDUSTRY will be the second development on the campus. The first, MSU’s Applied Research Laboratory, opened in 2020.

“Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley are home to many dynamic and growing companies, and those companies need modern workspaces where they can thrive,” said Dan Zelson, principal of Charter Realty and Development.
