• Members of the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors gathered recently to announce the winners of this year’s Realtor awards.
Realtor of the Year went to Jeanie Deetz of Engel & Volkers Western Frontier in Bigfork. Brokers who qualify for the award are held to high criteria. They must achieve high levels of involvement in the Realtor Association and civic activities.
The Rookie of the Year award went to Stephanie Thompson of RE/MAX Glacier Country in Kalispell. The award goes to an agent who has high levels of production in their first year, as well as association and civic involvement.
The Jean Carter Award was presented to Charles Lapp of RE/MAX Home Again Realty in Kalispell. The award is presented to a Realtor who truly portrays the Realtor spirit and the meaning of the Golden Rule.
• Four National Parks Realty Forbes Global Properties agents have made the list of top-producing agents in the state of Montana, and in the United States. Rankings and results were determined by America's Best, an annual nationwide competition based on the real estate agent's sales volume and transaction sides.
Mike Anderson, Stephanie Sunshine, Denise Lang and Jen Dolan are among the top agents to earn America's Best distinction for 2022, based on their 2021 sales and production volume.
For the state of Montana, Anderson ranks No. 4 in transaction sides and No. 5 in sales volume, Sunshine ranks No.11 in sales volume, Lang ranks No. 22 in sales volume, and Dolan No. 27 in sales volume.
