IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — Brady West’s two-run triple capped a third-inning rally for Idaho Falls, and the runs kept coming in a 15-7 win over the Glacier Range Riders at Melaleuca Field Sunday.

The Range Riders (12-17) managed to hold the Pioneer League’s top RBI man, Hunter Hisky, to one hit — but it was a two-run double that put Idaho Falls up 8-4 in the fourth inning. Hisky ended the day with 51 RBIs in 30 games.

The Madres — Idaho Falls (18-11) adopted its Chukars nickname in 2003, but takes the name Madres to honor women and its hispanic community on Sundays — cruised in from there. Dusty Stroup’s three-run home run, his eighth, made it 14-6 in the sixth.

Glacier rapped out 13 hits, including three by Dean Miller, who drove in two. Livingston Morris had an RBI double; Brody Wofford and Sam Linscott hit RBI doubles in the first as the Riders took a 3-0 lead.

The Range Riders dropped two of three in Idaho Falls, with a 4-3 win on Saturday. They have the next two days off before starting a six-game series at Great Falls on Wednesday.

Glacier’s next home game is July 5 against Missoula, at 7:05 p.m. at Flathead Field.
