Joseph Richard Bosick, 69

Joseph Richard Bosick passed away on March 11, 2022, at the age of 69.

He was born on Dec. 16, 1952, and spent his childhood living in Florida. At age 24 he traveled to Montana to work in Glacier National Park. His love for Montana kept him in the Flathead Valley until last year when he returned to family in Florida.

He met Mary Hayes while working in GNP and they married in 1986 but later divorced. They had two daughters together, Michelle and Sarah. He deeply loved his children and was very proud of their accomplishments. He especially enjoyed the time he got to spend with his two grandchildren, Amelia and Owen.

Joe worked various jobs but found his greatest pride was creating bronze statues for local artists. From this experience he created his own exquisite clay carvings depicting the wildlife and lifestyle of Montana. Joe had a kind heart, desire to help others and loved all animals.

He enjoyed sharing stories of his many life experiences and adventures of fishing out West. He made many friends along his way and we are especially thankful for the care and support that Sassi Forden offered him prior to his return to Florida.
