A 12-year-old was out riding bicycles with his friends when a man’s spooky stare stopped him in his tracks. The man was reportedly wearing a Halloween mask that looked like the character Jason from the movie “Friday the 13th.” The boy became afraid when the man reached into his pocket because he thought he might have a weapon. The boy told Kalispell Police Department he thought he better report the incident.

A woman was allegedly worried about leaving for work when she claimed there were “kids tweaked out in the alley.” She said a girl was lying on the ground, a boy was chopping wood and another was smelling his skateboard and vomiting.

A lazy dog owner was seen driving her car and pulling a dog walking alongside it with its tongue out as she held its leash through the window. The passerby reportedly asked why she was doing that and her response was the dog pulls on its leash.

A woman claimed she was chased by a man on a motorcycle after she picked up men who jumped into her car, groped her and did fentanyl.

A woman had a fit after allegedly seeing a child, who was with their parents, eating pizza at a bar that also served food and kept yelling to send Kalispell Police Department officers. She continued to rant and rave after being advised this was not a crime. Eventually, she hung up.

A man reportedly “ripped” a toddler out of a car while a woman followed him around on a broken foot. He then bit her and took her car keys and left.

After about a year, a man finally tired of seeing a blue SUV with flat tires parked by his driveway he called officers complaining it had been tagged multiple times and was supposed to be towed. A tow truck was called.

A blue van was purportedly “prowling around” a neighborhood where someone’s vehicle had been broken into and the owner wanted officers to check it out.

Someone’s grandson told officers his grandparents’ house was burglarized when a window was reportedly found broken, the garage door open and a safe that “would have taken two men to move” stolen. The safe contained IDs, a diamond ring, $28,000 in cash among other items.

A woman’s husband allegedly pushed her, called her obscene names and threw wine in her face.
