Lakers AA roll to doubleheader wins over Cranbrook

Aaron Crutsinger was 3-for-3 at the plate with a double and two RBI and Ostyn Brenner added a triple and an RBI as the Kalispell Lakers rolled past visiting Cranbrook, 16-1, in the opening game of a Sunday doubleheader.

James Moody had four quality at-bats in the second game of the twinbill, walking four times and bashing a triple as the Lakers coasted to a 13-3 victory. Niv Gustafson and Grady Drish had two RBI each in the second game.

Lakers A 5, Mission Valley Mariners 4

Kaden Drish’s RBI single in the bottom of the seventh inning lifted the Kalispell Lakers A squad past the visiting Mission Valley Mariners, 5-4 on Sunday.

The Lakers scattered eight hits on the game. Michael Owens, Drish and Nate Skonard all collected multiple hits for Kalispell. Oscar Kallis contributed a triple and 3 RBI.

Alex Muzquiz went 2-for-4 at the plate with a triple and an RBI to lead the Mariners.
