Country star Lee Brice to headline fair concert

Country music singer and songwriter Lee Brice is slated to headline the 2022 Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo concert, fair officials announced Tuesday.

Brice will perform Wednesday, Aug. 17 at the Flathead County Fairgrounds. Tickets are on sale now.

One of the most played country artists of all time on music streaming service Pandora, Brice was the second country artist behind Keith Urban to receive the Pandora Billionaire plaque. Brice is also a Grammy nominee, a CMA and ACM award winner, and he has produced nine number one radio singles, including "A Woman Like You," "Hard to Love," "I Drive Your Truck," "I Don’t Dance," "Drinking Class," “Rumor," “I Hope You’re Happy Now," “One of Them Girls,” and “Memory I Don’t Mess With.”

At the 56th ACM Awards in 2021, “I Hope You’re Happy Now” won Single of the Year and Music Event of the Year.

Garth Brooks, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney and others have recorded Brice’s songs, and he's performed on numerous TV shows, including NBC's “Today,” ABC's “The Bachelor” and NBC's “The Voice.”

General admission adult tickets are $40, reserved seating tickets are $55, and party pit tickets are $65. General admission tickets for children ages six to 12 are $22, and children ages 5 and under are seated free of charge in the general admission area.

All tickets purchased prior to arriving at the fair include admission to the grounds. The concert is sponsored by Kalispell Toyota & Northwest Toyota Dealers.

THE 2022 Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo is scheduled for Aug. 17-21 and will feature three nights of PRCA Rodeo action and a Big Air Bash.

The Ram PRCA Rodeo runs Aug. 18-20 and will feature world-class athletes from Canada and throughout the United States aiming for the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas. Events include bareback, saddle bronc, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping, barrel racing and bull riding.

Adult tickets range from $30 to $35, with seniors admitted for $15 to the general admission area on Aug. 18. General admission tickets for children ages six to 12 are $15, and children ages five and under are seated free of charge in the general admission area.

The fair culminates Aug. 21 with the return of the popular Octane Addictions Big Air Bash, a motorcycle and snowmobile stunt show featuring riders who have competed and medaled in the X Games.

Adult tickets are $20, children ages six to 12 are admitted for $10, and children ages five and under are seated free of charge in the general admission area.
