Double, error gets C-Falls a walk-off win over Polson
COLUMBIA FALLS — Aspen Dawson hit a two-out double, then came around to score the winning run on an error as Columbia Falls beat Polson 5-4 in a Northwest A softball showdown Saturday.
Sydney Mann doubled in a run in the four and scored for the Wildkats (20-3 overall, 8-0 in league) who beat Polson (16-6, 6-2 in league) for a second time this season.
Maddie Moultray went the distance on the mound, scattering nine hits and a walk. Two of her four runs allowed were earned, and she struck out four.
