No. 28667 LIBBY PUBLIC SCHOOLS Request for Bid Telephone Service VOIP Introduction The Libby Public Schools (hereinafter known as "LPS") is looking for a qualified company to provide modern, on-premises, phone system. We will be moving from a standard POTS to SIP trunking. Additional information may be requested/scheduled with Ron Goodman, LPS Superintendent, 406-293-8811. Task List for Qualified Vendor Prepare a quote for modern on-premises phone system that considers the following criteria: Voice over IP, on-premises phone system 160 IP based handsets with passthrough port for computer Modern IP based conference phone Plan for replacement of six fax lines and fire alarm needs Labor for configuration, installation and set up Training for end users Training for administration Contractors may obtain the Construction Documents from Libby Public Schools Superintendent Ron Goodman, 724 Louisiana Avenue, Libby, MT 59923, and Phone (406) 293-8811. Construction Documents and Specifications are available in hardcopy and/or electronically. Bid will be submitted to the LPS on or before June 17, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Sealed and/or Electronic Bids will be received by the Office of the LIBBY PUBLIC SCHOOLS, 724 Louisiana Ave., Libby, MT 59923, until 3:00 PM Local Time, Friday, June 17, 2022. Bids will be accepted via hardcopy or electronic media to goodmanrw@libbyschools.org. Proposals received after this time/date will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter at the Central Administration Building Superintendent's Office. All Sealed Bids must be clearly marked, "LIBBY PUBLIC SCHOOLS VOIP TELEPHONE SYSTEM". Submittal Procedures Submit the following information in response to this Request for Bid: Bid that includes costs associated with Scope of Work deliverables Include a Timeline Other information that is deemed important to the project Notice of Award After the Evaluation Committee has reviewed all proposals, each qualified vendor will be notified of their status.
