Derick James Jolma, 46
Derick James Jolma, beloved husband, father, son and brother passed away peacefully surrounded by family in Billings on Nov. 9, 2022, after a short illness.
Derick was born on April 20, 1976, in Putnam, Connecticut. Derick was a lifelong member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church. He loved doing things outdoors with his girls, farming and construction woodworking. He is survived by his wife of 17 years Diana, two daughters Jordan and Sydnee, mother and father-in-law Darlene and Dan Hubler, brother-in-law Daniel Force (Krystal), parents DeDe and Aaron Jolma, siblings Angie Anderson (Ty), Byron Jolma (Beth), Kelly Davis (Darrell), Edward Jolma (Heather), Kristy Gillette (Cameron), Marc Jolma (Amanda), Aaron Jolma (Bethany) and Gordy Jolma (Lana), grandmother Barbara Jolma, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Derick was preceded in death by his wife’s grandparents Don and Pat Nelson, grandparents Harold and Wilma Kaski, and grandfather Clarence Jolma.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 18, at the Old Apostolic Church in Lakeside. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service and a reception will immediately follow the service. Burial will take place after the reception at 2:30 p.m. at Murray Memorial Cemetery in Lonepine.
